Badmus Zulaiha Adenike is a young lady with ambitions and a forward-thinking mindset. She is receptive to growth and embraces soft skills that positively enhance her life. A recent Microbiology graduate from the Federal University of Technology Minna, she made history as the first female president of her department and served as a two-time senator at the Student Representative Assembly. Currently, she holds the position of state coordinator for the Association of Nigerian Female Students in Niger state.


Beyond her academic achievements, Zulaiha is a dedicated humanitarian who actively volunteers for various organizations, including NAMS, Red Cross, IOBE, ANFS, MSSN etc. Initiating her business venture in male Jalabiyas and perfumes during her 100-level, she also excels as a freelancer in graphic design, animation/video creation, and fashion design.


Zulaiha has contributed significantly to her community through impactful projects. Notably, she led the "BREAKING BARRIERS" initiative by GenCed, aiming to encourage women's participation in politics, empower them, and raise awareness about the importance of their voices. Additionally, she served as a project manager for the "Pad a Girl" program by Smiling Through Initiatives, distributing pads to 100 girls and addressing gender disparity on International Girl Child Day.


Recognized for her hard work, persistence, and leadership qualities, Zulaiha has received numerous awards, including Most Performing Leader of the Year, Parliamentarian of the Year, and Most Influential, among others. Driven by a passion for success, she continually seeks to fill her knowledge gaps, work diligently, and seize global opportunities.


Zulaiha firmly believes in striving for improvement through continuous learning, relearning, and unlearning. Regardless of gender, she advocates that with perseverance and effort, anyone can achieve their aspirations.
